They are building a value chain for lentils, especially since they lack knowledge in lentils production, so they collaborate with other actors in the value chain. Dikotylon, through the piloting activities of the AURORA farm and with the collaboration of the Agricultural University of Athens, adopts innovative farming practices and techniques for increased yield and product quality of lentils by designing and implementing field experiments encompassing rotation schemes. This will also affect other legume producers in the area of Feneos that are interested in producing lentils. |
